Evaluation Summary
Company Insights
Happsy is owned by the company Naturepedic. Hilde evaluates parent companies rather than individual brands. You can read more about why we think this approach is more helpful for consumers on our blog.
Naturepedic leads the way when it comes to ingredient safety for mattresses and bedding. The brand is well known amongst parents and advocacy groups alike because they directly engage in state and federal policy campaigns, still a rarity for companies in this industry. The brand has an impressive array of trustworthy certifications to verify their ingredient safety and sustainability efforts which includes being the first mattress company to offer an EWG Verified option. We’d like to see more on the people benefits category but this company is a great choice overall.
