A friend of ours asked us about Function of Beauty after seeing a number of “free-from” claims for their products. Naturally, we thought it would be good to take a look. While we found a few things we liked about the company related to their mission and initial efforts to use lower impact raw materials in their packaging, there seems to be some holes in their ingredient safety and sustainability work. The company does appear to be pretty young though so we’re hoping they’ve got more good stuff in store.
