We noticed Aer Cosmetics when reading a story in the NYT Magazine. The ad copy included “sustainability” so naturally we wanted to do some digging. The brand mission seems to have the right intention and aspiration - but there are some major gaps when it comes to implementation. Aer is still young though - which is helpful because changes can be quickly adopted. We look forward to seeing their approach evolve.
