When you join Hilde as a new Premium professional member we welcome you to our community of practice personally. You'll get a 1:1 onboarding session with one of our experts to walk you through the platform, describe our process, and answer any questions. We'll reach out to schedule your onboarding in your first week.
In your first month of membership Hilde will perform a confidential company evaluation to identify strengths and weaknesses that will define where your company has opportunities to improve performance. This evaluation can serve as a guide for how you use our platform moving forward. It is private and available only to you. Some members choose to use it as the basis for internal strategy documents at their companies.
