What to expect in Step 1 of our onboarding process when you become a Premium professional member

Connecting with the people behind Hilde
When you join Hilde as a new Premium professional member we welcome you to our community of practice personally through 1:1 onboarding sessions. That’s because a big part of why we’re building this community of practice is because we’re interested in fostering real connections and helping you build a better network of colleagues. It’s the reason that our Premium professional memberships are invite only - we want to be intentional about who we choose to invest our time and energy in. This approach limits our growth but helps ensure that we’re providing members with the best possible experience and value.
What’s included in your onboarding session
Your onboarding session will be hosted by someone from the Hilde team (probably one of the co-founders!) and is designed to help set you up for success as a member. The onboarding session includes a visual walkthrough of the entire Hilde platform for professionals. We’ll show you where stuff lives, how to use it, and where to go for help. Perhaps more importantly, we’ll dedicate time to building a better understanding of your needs and answer any questions you may have. The primary objective of this initial session is to help you feel comfortable with the site and ensure that you know that you’re joining a community that is here to help you succeed professionally. We’ll also talk through what to expect in step 2 (custom company evaluation & prioritization) and step 3 (driving action).
