Who
A dedicated Program Advisor will collaborate directly with a lead from your business over the course of the 12 month program.
When
We launch new accelerator cohorts multiple times a year depending on demand. Cohort members will have access to regularly scheduled small group sessions and 1:1 connects with your Advisor.
What
At the end of your time in the accelerator we will company the ingredients necessary to dramatically accelerate your ethical business practices across a number of impact areas.
How
The accelerator is designed to allow companies to progress at their own pace through a structured process with four phases.
Our process starts by conducting an in-depth audit of company current state in four key categories: ingredient safety, environmental impact, people benefits, and public accountability.
We will also quickly asses your business planning & decision-making processes to unlock potential barriers to effective leadership on these issues.
The results of our audit will paint a clear picture of where you currently stand and what needs to change to put you in a position to rapidly accelerate your ethical business efforts.
As part of our accelerator you'll have a dedicated Ethical Business Advisor assigned to your company. Our advisors will take the lead on conducting the audit and then provide a results summary to you or your team.

The results of our current state audit will help us identify a range of opportunities including places that would help fill important gaps and establish leadership on the issues that matter. For example, gaps in your ingredient safety approach may be creating unnecessary risk for the company. Alternatively, tackling some more advanced actions on climate like setting a valid science-based target may allow your company to credibly claim leadership compared to competitors.
Your dedicated Advisor will walk you through the process of identifying the range of opportunities, complete a customized ranking process, and then align with you on the best options based on the unique circumstances of your business and the stakeholders involved.
With a clear sense of priorities we can build a roadmap that details what actions and projects are needed to take advantage of opportunities.
We have a library of references, forms, templates, and other tools that can be adapted for your business to avoid having to reinvent the wheel. With a roadmap and aligned plans in hand, we can begin executing and tracking progress over time.
Your Advisor will provide you with a roadmap template, provide initial input, and give feedback through regular check-ins while building the plan.

With a completed roadmap in hand you'll be ready to execute on the top ethical business priorities for your company. Our roadmaps can be easily integrated into your existing department plans to determine what inputs and outputs are needed when, from whom, and why. Your Advisor will be available during regularly scheduled check-ins to help you troubleshoot, identify and overcome barriers, and answer technical questions related to your priorities. Ultimately, you will be responsible for managing implementation of the work outlined in the plan.
